Where is The Farm at Woodridge?
The Farm at Woodridge is located in north Boulder County just one mile northwest of where Hwy. 287 and Hwy. 66 intersect.  For a map and directions, click here.

How many homes will be built in The Farm at Woodridge?
There are a total of 27 home sites within The Farm at Woodridge. We are currently selling homes and home sites in Phase I of the community (lots 1-18). Phase II will include lots 19 through 27.

How large are the home sites?
All home sites are at least 1 acre but some are as large as 1.8 acres.

What are the HOA dues and what do they include?
HOA dues are $70 per month and include all gate security fees, common area maintenance, common utilities, road maintenance, snow removal and HOA management.

What is the minimum square footage for a home within The Farm at Woodridge? The minimum house square footage shall be 3,000 s.f. excluding garages, decks, covered porches and basements. For a copy of the design guidelines, email us at info@inspyregroup.com.

Can someone purchase a lot and use their own builder?
While The Farm at Woodridge features homes and architectural plans by some of the finest custom builders on the Front Range, it welcomes new builders so long as each builder goes through The Farm at Woodridge's ACC review process. What is planned for the land east of The Farm at Woodridge (just west of Highway 287)?  Between The Farm at Woodridge's eastern boundary and Highway 287 lies 118 acres of farm land that, by agreement between the landowners and Boulder County, has been declared a conservation easement.
